Hey Love,

I'm daring myself
to express what lies beneath
my mask

the feelings I get when you are near that I'm too scared to show

but no, that's not really me
‘cause deep inside I'm all a jangle
I want to run to you with
open arms
wrap you in a loving embrace
and never let go

spend every day immersed in
your beauty
‘cause you bring peace
to my crazy
and calmness to my soul

waves of you crashing upon my heart diminishes the darkness
your energy grounds me when I would float away

all this to say that
I love you, I love you, I love you
from sea to sea
from mountains to plains

every day with every part of me
mind, body and soul
